    At NIVEA, we do not believe in limiting our care for you. You can earn as many CARE points and redeem them or even exchange them for a coupon. However, the points earned, do expire within a year if not used and coupon redemption is valid for 90 days from the redemption date.

  6. How do I check my points?

    Tracking your points has never been easier! You can now track your points and be assured of your earnings by simply logging into your NIVEASHOP account on NIVEASHOP.IN and checking the status of your points earned and used. Terms and Conditions

  1. NIVEA Care Family - Loyalty Program is a rewards program which is aimed at providing benefits to all its customers. Customers can voluntarily enroll for the program by signing up at the link below. However, it is to be noted that this program and its specifications are only functional in India.
  2. The Company may, at its sole discretion and without any prior intimation, either add, change or discontinue any products, rewards or the program construct and other details from the program from time to time.
  3. The Company reserves the right to refuse to award loyalty points for any breach or non-compliance of these terms and conditions or failure to pay for the purchases.
  4. If the gift voucher/gift card issued against spent loyalty points is lost, the Company will not be held responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever and no duplicate gift voucher/gift card will be issued in replacement of the lost voucher/card.
  5. The customer consents to the Company collecting and storing its personal information in our data management system for the purpose of this loyalty program. The customer further consents to the company using such personal information for its marketing purpose.
  6. All updates, intimations or any other information and promotional communications would be sent through various modes of communication, including SMS and email. By enrolling in the program, a member by default consents to receive the information and communication from the Company and the loyalty program. The Company shall not be responsible in any manner for any lost, delayed, incorrect, misdirected or incomplete communication.
  7. In case of any changes in contact information such as email, address and/or mobile number, the same is to be updated in the profile section of our website in order for the promotional messages and emails to reach you. The member shall be responsible for providing accurate information, including name, address and mobile number, at the time of enrolment and subsequently. Company rely solely on the information provided by the member from time to time and shall not be liable for any incorrect information or failure on the part of member to forthwith update any information or any consequences arising thereof
  8. To stop receiving email communications, please click on the unsubscribe link received in the promotional email communication from the sender ID (ID). Alternatively, you may email us at care@beiersdorf.com to opt out of communication. In such events, we may not be in a position to provide you the benefits as part of the loyalty program.
  9. The Company reserves the right to change, modify and cancel any and all of the terms and conditions from time to time without assigning any reason or providing any intimation.
  10. In the event of a dispute between the member and the Company, with regard to or in relation to the NIVEA CARE FAMILY- loyalty program, the decision of the Company shall be deemed as final and binding.
  11. By enrolling in the program, a customer consents to and agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions mentioned above or as modified or varied from time to time by the Company.
